Lumera Creative LLC created and owns this website and the original work shown on it, including:

• the designs, layouts, typography and art direction of each project
• the code that builds them, and the code of this site
• the copy we wrote, and the motion and interaction design
• our photography, videos, product visualizations and other supporting concept media
• the screen recordings and screenshots of our concept studies

02Using our work

You're welcome to browse this site and share links to it. Please don't copy, republish, adapt, sell, or otherwise reuse our designs, code, recordings or copy, in whole or in part, and don't use them to train machine-learning models, without our written permission.

The source for this site is public on GitHub so it can be hosted there. Public doesn't mean free to use: it's covered by the same all-rights-reserved notice, repeated in the repository's LICENSE file.

03Concept studies and what belongs to others

All the projects are independent concept studies and capability demonstrations by Lumera Creative LLC: redesigns of real businesses made on our own initiative, not commissioned or paid client work. Three are featured (rōk coffee and tea, Tirzahs Mexi-Terranean Grill and BB's Bakery); the others, Lenny's Casita, Stagger Coffee and Motiq, are linked from the project list. None of them is an official website of the business, and none was commissioned, sponsored or endorsed by it. The Fellow product concept within the rōk study is likewise independent: Fellow did not commission, approve or sponsor it.

All third-party names, trademarks, product designs, and identifying marks remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the subject of an independent concept study. A business's name, products, buildings, menus or marks appearing inside our media doesn't mean that business commissioned, approved, sponsored or endorsed the concept. Lenny's Casita has given us permission to use its approved photography and restaurant information in its concept. The other original imagery and video was created by Lumera Creative LLC for the studies; where it appears it is labeled Concept image or described as a concept, and it is not official photography of the business. Credits are listed with each project.

Menus, prices, hours and addresses shown in the studies may be out of date. For current details, please check with the businesses directly.

If you own material that appears in our work and would like it credited differently, replaced or removed, tell us and we'll act on it promptly.

This site and the concept studies it links to are provided as-is, for portfolio purposes, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Lumera Creative LLC isn't liable for any loss arising from using them or relying on information shown in them. We don't take payments through this site. We may update this page from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
